Arka-Korablja is a place of belonging where every person is important regardless of their abilities. When we say community, we mean the friendship that unites us. L’Arche Zagreb provides opportunities for unique friendships and encounters with people with whom each person can discover who they are, not just what they can do. Friendships with people with intellectual disabilities change our view of others and the world.
This volunteer activity is carried out within the European Solidarity Corps program. The European Solidarity Corps aims to enable more young people to participate in a wide range of activities through volunteering or internships and employment to contribute to resolving difficult situations across the European Union, aiming to strengthen solidarity.
